World Fashion Festival Awards 2024

  Diamonds in the sky...and poetry in our souls! Well Yesss! What a night!

Hollywood, Bollywood, Cannes, Berlin, Venice and all miraculous festivals at once ! Here we are in this amazing Dubai more sparkling than ever before attending the 6th edition of the successful World Fashion Festival Award 2024!

Almas Tower Conference Centre, 28 th.of April was a great venue, sky line, high tech and futuristic location to meet and greet international celebrities and newcomers of the fashion industry, art, culture and business personalities.

As always since 2018 at the first edition of the festival I was invited again to be  jury member for Culture & Media, and nothing made me more excited and enthusiastic to see the most beautiful impact of my literature, my books presented as a message of cross cultural bridge and global communication.

Dubai represents my second home since so many years and I truly consider UAE as the perfect hub of modern Era , cosmopolitan and futuristic territory to unite and bring people together, from so many different countries and nations.

World Fashion Festival Award is already a huge brand in the fashion industry, nominated in Guinness Book for the huge number of artists participants at this global event of beauty and art.

The organizer Hit High Events company represented by Joana AlBada (born princess Cantacuzino) , declared and improved from the very first edition the huge potential of elegance, brilliance, style, glamour, perfectly framed in the most exotic, classy, fancy locations of Dubai.

Participants from so many countries, Saudi Arabia , Bahrain Oman , Italy, France, Russia, Ukraine,  Spain, Romania, USA, Australia, Africa etc. have been so much impressed by the exciting welcome greetings offered by the Emirati audience and local artists.

Dubai represents in deed the global society, the land of all opportunities, amazing territory of dreams and Dreamers.

The 6th edition of the World Fashion Festival Awards was maybe the most colorful and emotional than previous editions. Why? Thanks to the glorious show hosted by the lord of all presenters MC. Bassam Nader, thanks to the spectacular international designers with their amazing haute couture collections, bridal collections, children's fancy collection, real symphony of colours, sounds, choreography ( signed by the one and only Diana Sranciu), the marvelous voices bringing the most beautiful songs on the scene... All this atmosphere of a modern fairy tale gave us the splendor of unique artistic moments  and spiritual experiences.

As a jury member for Culture and Media I was very honored to present my latest books Royal Arts Visions Diamond of Cap Ferrat and Emirati Women  of the Golden Era - collection designed by the monegasque artist Raouf Meftah.

Of course as member of United Nations Women Germany I am very much devoted to the women empowerment activity. I was very grateful to the World Fashion Festival Awards for giving me once again the opportunity to present together with His Excellency Mr. Yacoob AL Ali director of the office of HH Sheikh Juma AL Maktoum, the latest heritage book written by the Emirati writer, professor of heritage and cultural ambassador Mrs. Halima Abdullah Rashid. Her book is a marvelous piece of art awarded by the Emirati leadership for the immense information about the old traditional heritage of handicrafts, gold embroidery, artisan handwork as roots and origins of Emirati nation.

 

In a marvelous atmosphere of beauty and intellect, celebrated with the international elite, artists and friends of art, surrounded by a huge audience, World Fashion Festival Awards gave voice and space to numerous young artists ready to conquer the art world.

Once again, Dubai, city of lights and dreams created by the one and only Visionary Ruler HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid AL Maktoum , an Universe of unbelievable beauty, gave inspiration and wings to fly, to so many ambitious artisans, designers, musicians, painters, writers, people from so many countries, artists animated by courage, talent and creativity, to realized their dreams with strong will and so much passion.

At the end of the spectacular event , as a conclusion , my speech about the influencial power of literature was inspired by the words of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed AL Nahyan, president of United Arab Emirates, son of the late Sheikh Zayed Founder of UAE and historical hero of Arab world : it is very important to respect and love the cultural treasure and the ancient heritage of our nations building a beautiful communication bridge for the future generations.
