In my home country Germany, many of us we are recognizing Fujairah as the most beautiful of the 7 Emirates of UAE. he amazing landscape going trough the sea and Hajar Mountains, is lke a portal to an universal secret territory.
Waterfalls and sand, the largest beaches, the palms, the old souks and large malls are ofering a splendid view and atmosphere, sometime sauvage, wild , sometimes modern but in any case captivating. Fujairah, the last of the 7 Emirates is located at 10 km. near to the border of Sultanate of Oman.
I deeply love the secrets and natural mystery ofered by this golden nature !
I must confess, I am always visiting Fujairah with the joy of a child, ready to feel the unusual beauty and freshness of this land. Sharjah , the intellectual Emirate ofers me always the most interesting subjects of researches about Islamic culture and studies.
Ajman and Umm Al Quwain are giving me over the years the most beautiful images about the free spirit of the Mangroves forests.
Ra’s Al Khaimah with its Ghost Town is teaching me year by year more and more that friendship grows with loyalty and joy between sincere people : here is my second home and my very dear RAK.
Family. Dubai ofers me always the best creative energy and inspiration, the sentiment of real glamour, brilliance and joie de vivre.
Abu Dhabi remains my irst love, the most beautiful and emotional moments of my irst visit ever in the UAE, my encounter with the General Women Union, the place where I understood the fabulous personalities and visions of the legendary Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak Al Kutbi , Mother of the Nation.
Here in Fujairah, I always found myself middle of a long wished unwritten story.
Still, I’m looking to discover the secret beauty of this amazing Emirate.
If my friends reporters are in love with the diving opportunities in Fujairah’ s amazingly blue sea, I’m more interested to discover each year in different way the Fort, the Wadi Werayah, the Hajar Mountains and the long , golden beaches, so much silent and eternal mystery.
I am an artist and my credo is «Culture unites people».
I am always glad to discover and understand the cultural, spiritual and traditional heritage of other countries. I truly believe in cross cultural communication and in the powerful expression and impact of arts in our lives.
Here in Fujairah , middle of my literary journey, between sands and mountains, I have the beautiful surprise to discover one of the most modern , captivating and innovative fashion designer, a symbol of her own land in the international fashion world.
Her Highness Sheikha Madiyah Al Sharqi, daughter of Fujairah’ s Ruler His Highness Sheikh Hammad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, is one of the most celebrated fashion designer of Middle East and of course UAE.
Starting her career as an artist in fashion industry 2015, ater years of studies in the well known Esmond French University of Arts & Fashion, Sheikha Madiyah became a Superstar designer very much admired and respected by international Elite, high class fashionistas, artists of Hollywood , Bollywood and art connoisseurs worldwide.
Her Highness’s fashion creations are atypical, fresh , easy recognizable, very modern and in the same time atemporal.
Sheikha Madiyah ofers a diversity of materials in very pure nuances, light colours, modern, tender shapes and forms spreading a message of strong but delicate femininity.
We can easily discover in her creation a real symphony, inspired and dedicated to her land’s amazing colours and landscape.
He dresses are reminding me about Fujairah’s waterfalls , the shinning trousers are having the forms of the Hajar Mountains , the classy delicate chemises are somehow the symbols of the palms middle of the sands.
He unity of Sheikha Madiyah ‘ s collection presents in fact Fujairahs ‘s indestructible
charm , the serenity of the nature and the lamboyant spiritual touch of this territory.
I am a poetess and a Dreamer.
I love to describe places and personalities in my own way, giving voice and colours to my words. It isn’t easy to describe the magic of certain moments, the smiles, the talk, the impression of spiritual rebirth and happiness.
But in the same time I know exactly how to describe the real valuable encounters.
We don’t need too many words to express my deep feelings for a beautiful cultural experience .
Like a Hai Ku poetry, short but deeply emotional I can give my own verses about my Fujairah literary journey.
Fujairah, like Sheikha Madiyah’ s fashion creations, is a poem in three words : Celeste, Solaire, Serene.
