The Festival did not wait for its 18th edition to establish itself as a major musical event in the Mediterranean region. A program of current music for 3 live evenings, outdoors, at the foot of the Antibes ramparts next to the Ferris wheel. The festival has, once again, opened with its most beautiful notes, the festival season under the umbrella pines with its attached Fort Carré in the background.

250 people (staff, volunteers, artists) worked every evening to offer this record edition. The first record since the Festival set up shop at Pré des Pêcheurs. 8,500 people gathered to sing together, in heart and in peace, their favorite songs or discover new ones. An 18th edition with accents of urban music, but not only, in an idyllic and friendly setting. The intensity of Kaaris, the poetry of Pomme, the retro-futuristic universe of Kavinsky, or even the urban culture of Leto and Franglish; These are all the stars that Nuits Carrées made shine above the Esplanade du Pré des Pêcheurs in Antibes.

Les Nuits Carrées is very committed to welcoming its audience in the best possible conditions and thus to always renewing itself to offer a redesigned experience that listens to its spectators. Thus the recipe for a revised program with 3 artists per evening mixing discoveries, established artists and DJs for set changes won over the public.
This dynamic audience looking for a unique experience was also able to take advantage of the shops, makeup and chill area. The scenography, thought out over more than 2 months, also made its return through the front door, to the delight of festival-goers.

Any idea of next year's musical colors? Surprise, the DNA of Nuits Carrées is to always seize opportunities that will meet the expectations of its audience and thus to always remain open to all aesthetics... Two years before the 20th anniversary of the Festival, Sébastien Hamard is already planning on 2025 AND 2026. To be continued!
The initiatives undertaken will be renewed in 2025. Among them: the “outright solidarity” partnership for the benefit of the Antibes hospital, the Safer stand and maraudes to prevent sexist and sexual violence in festive environments, the food court always more gourmet with local restaurateurs, colorful shops to highlight local artisans. The DJ warm ups and the 400m2 VIP/partner space on the deck, an essential place of exchange for the region's economic players.
See you in June 2025, same place, to celebrate "Carré-Ment Musiques" nights and the start of the summer season together.

About the Nuits Carrées Festival
Created in 2007 by the Label Note association, the Nuits Carrées Festival has become an essential event in the Riviera landscape, relying on strong fundamentals which have made it recognized by audiences and professionals.
Installed from 2007 to 2019 at the foot of the monumental Fort Carré by the sea, Les Nuits Carrées has been able to promote an exceptional historic site by offering each year a demanding and quality program mixing headliners and discoveries as well as a policy pricing allowing access to as many people as possible. The artistic and cultural identity of Nuits Carrées has thus been established by welcoming hundreds of artists and thousands of festival-goers at the opening of the summer season, each year during the last weekend of June.
In 2021, the Antibes event is setting up its neighborhoods a few steps from its original fort, on the Pré des Pêcheurs esplanade in the heart of the city, in order to participate in the collective, social and cultural reconstruction effort in a context still marked by the Covid19 epidemic.
This new experience, which has met with great success in 2021, as close as possible to the populations and stakeholders in the heart of the city, convinces the Label Note association to preserve and install the production of Nuits Carrées on this new exceptional site, at the foot of the ramparts of the Antibes city.
3 evenings with different universes, each driven by a passion for live performance, transmission to audiences, artistic experience... 3 evenings made in Nuits Carrées mixing discoveries and references as we have always loved to share with you!
