Juma Al Majid is not only an emblematic name for the UAE, but has become over time a symbol of the transformations of the nation's academic education. 

The year 1989 was the cornerstone of the establishment of the Juma Al Majid Center for Heritage and Library and the starting point in a scientific and historical educational journey of the great literary collector of rare manuscripts HE.Juma Al Majid. 

The Emirati tycoon has investments all over the world, but his main objective was and is the educational and scientific support of the new generations in the UAE as well as in the whole world.

I was honored by the invitation to visit the Juma Al Majid Center and I had an extraordinary experience that I will share in detail in my next book The UAE Dubai Golden Era.

Being in the middle of this unique Library of this great connoisseur and collector of rare books, I am especially impressed by the surrounding atmosphere, the peace, quiet and serenity of this holy place where books are kept with deep adoration. 

Juma Al Majid has reached a venerable age but he is a man with a very young and extremely active spirit.  He travels a lot and his personality spreads like an invitation to a deep knowledge of all cultures.

 I am told that Juma Al Majid is the creator and keeper of the most important treasure of his country: Emirates cultural heritage and ancient traditional customs.

 His passion for books began many years ago from his youth when he began to understand that intellect and education are the most powerful engine in the development of any nation. 

A great lover of culture, Juma Al Majid became over time a cultural ambassador of his country and a real host for the great literary writers, philosophers and statesmen of the world.

Admired and deeply respected unanimously in the UAE as well as in the wider world, Juma Al Majid drew attention to the really important things, namely: the preservation of the ancient ancestral culture as well as the entry into the modern world with everything that is more in education and scientific study.

UAE is led by very active leaders present in all fields of activity. 

President Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Prince of Abu Dhabi and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prince of Dubai are the architects of a pluricultural society that has reached the highest heights of civilization.

I am feeling  that the UAE is another planet, another universe.

The fabulous economic, social, technological and cultural development is intensively supported by the leadership of the UAE, opening a portal to a new Era that I called in my books the Golden Era of UAE.  

Here in Juma Al Majid Center among the oldest and most precious books in the world collected by the great lover of literature, I discover even more about everything I already knew about the birth of the nation of the 7 Emirates of the UAE.  I am surrounded by portraits and books about the Founder of the UAE called Father of the Nation Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, he is now even more present in the modern era than ever. 

He was the one who inspired and thought the transition to modern times, especially in education for both men and women.  Today, his son Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed carries on the aspirations of his father Sheikh Zayed and his mother Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak with great devotion and ambition to achieve the most important goals. 

Also here in the Juma Al Majid Center of Heritage Literature and Research I see all the books written by the visionary Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Prince of Dubai.

The brilliant personality of this leader, both a poet and a great lover of traditional literature, can be felt in each of his books as well as in every corner in Dubai.

Juma Al Majid Center is a place with a very diverse and very intense activity, a place for the study of science and conferences, a place where I saw the most precious books from  Arabic literature, Persian,  classics of British, French, Russian, Italian, German literature and in 

Millions of books that mean the work of a  wonderful man with a wise and complex personality and enlightened spirit. 

Also here there is a Quran , a precious piece of extraordinary value.

Juma Al Majid has known success and reached the highest heights of achievements but what interests him the most is his direct involvement in philanthropic works, being at the same time an important pillar in the education and scientific development of young people in the UAE as well as all over the world. 

All around, in large paintings and multiple photographs, I see exposed the most important moments in the life of the great collector. 

Cultural meetings, conferences, scientific events, interviews, official visits with statesmen from everywhere as well as great poets such as Nizar Qabbani.  Patriot, lover of his country and devoted to the culture of his people, Juma Al Majid built and achieved throughout his life, a treasure of inestimable value that will remain for centuries a testimony of this glorious time of the Emirati nation that in a very short time managed to create a fabulous history, magnetically attracting the attention of the whole world. 

Juma Al Majid Center with all its departments of literature, science, heritage is actually the symbol of what I as a writer call in my books THE GOLDEN ERA OF UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.
